The plot in this Battle Frontier
book centers around affairs of the heart. You see Grovyle falls

is already very much in love with Tropius. Grovyle tries to win
Meganium's heart by defeating Tropius in battle, and while that aspect
of the story is playing out, Team Rocket attempts to capture both
Meganium and Tropius to give to their leader.
